DEERFIELD BEACH, FL, April 1, 2012 – Green States Energy, Inc. (GSE) announced that Paul Patrizio has been named General Counsel of the company.  Mr. Patrizio has been the Co-Managing Partner and General Counsel of Clean Power Partners LLC, a project development company and advisory firm specializing in the clean energy industry.  During the last several years, Mr. Patrizio has also been Counsel to Gehrlicher Solar America Corp., the US subsidiary of Gehrlicher Solar AG, one of the largest solar companies in the world.

Mr. Patrizio holds a BA, MBA, JD and LLM and is admitted to practice law in NJ, NY and PA.
